IBS and Axcelis Partner to Launch PULSION and Support Global Customers
August 2009
 

 

As part of the continuing effort to sell and support the innovative Plasma Immersion Ion Implanter, Pulsion, IBS has partnered with an established and experienced implant supplier, Axcelis Technologies. This partnership provides Plasma Implant customers with instant global support for Pulsion. In addition, IBS is expanding engineering and implant technologists in the PIII domain to reinforce the existing team.
